Hong Kong-based Metrojet Limited, a premium business aviation service provider part of the Kadoorie Group, is pleased to announce that its General Manager for the China Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) – Mr. Michael Chen – has been elected to the mainland China Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA) Board of Governors for a two-year term commencing July 2019. In his AsBAA role, Michael will be responsible for enhancing the brand awareness of the association in the China aviation industry and together with the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) assist on enhancing operational safety practices.
AsBAA, a non-profit organisation representing business and general aviation entities based in Asia, supports the advancement and development of the industry and provides a platform for stakeholders to communicate, identify and address key aviation issues in the region.
