Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 5,000 hours total time and 3,000 hours PIC
  • Current Gulfstream G650 type rating

Lead Engineer, Airworthiness (2-3 months contract)

Be the main point of contact between the CAMO, Lead Captains, MRO, IOC and KAM. Oversee and supervise CAMO operation. Be accountable for continuing airworthiness compliance, maintenance management and asset management.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Ensure regulatory compliance and C of A continuity. Comply MEL and AMS, and directly liaise with authorities for various approvals.
    • Review and ensure compliance of AD and technical directives. Evaluate ASC, SB and optional modification for incorporation value within the warranty period.
    • Co-ordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events including AOG recovery and take part in a 24/7 AOG call out roster. Act as liaison between Lead Captains, IOC and MRO for any airworthiness related matters. Communicate with KAM for any changes in flight schedule. Organise maintenance in an effective and efficient manner to minimise cost and down time.
    • Provide guidance to Technical Officer with regards to Technical Records management and maintenance data update.
    • Monitor ADD (including interior defect) for expiry, aircraft operating restrictions and spare status.
    • Complete 100% audit of maintenance workcards/RTS/CRS. Monitor and update aircraft maintenance tracking system (CAMP) for aircraft maintenance status.
    • Review and approve maintenance invoices.
    • Project lead of aircraft deliveries, ownership/operator transfers and audits from banks, ISBAO etc.
    • Control aircraft spares/inventory, warranty, insurance, subscriptions and programs.
    • Conduct training and knowledge transfer to CAMO team members.
    • Act on behalf of CAMO Manager during his/her absence. Take part in departmental strategic planning and decision making for company growth.
    • Assist Commercial Team for potential business by providing data analysis, technical consultation, input on contracts/agreements and immediate response for client’s enquiry
    • Assist ad-hoc projects / tasks as instructed by the management.

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree Holder in any aviation or relevant disciplines is preferable
    • Preferably holding a HKCAD or other equivalent Maintenance Engineer License
    • 7 years airworthiness experience in aviation industry
    • Computer literacy
    • Good command in both the written and spoken English is essential
    • Multi-tasking
    • Ability to interpret aircraft inspection manuals, airworthiness directives and service bulletins and be able to understand and communicate a technical or specialized subject-matter
    • Work various shifts and days off as required
    • Take part in a Roster system to provide 24/7 CAMO Support for AOG and service critical events

    Officer, Accounting

    The primary responsibility of this position is to provide all finance related supports to the designated aircraft in a way to make sure the smooth and accurate accounting record to achieve objectives being set out by the senior management.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Handle full set of accounting issues of the designated aircraft
      • Provide daily accounting support including preparation of invoices, credit notes, cheques, payment and receipts, journal voucher and general ledger
      • Provide timely and comprehensive accounting and management reports of the designated aircraft for management review
      • Prepare accounting reports, statistical and other reports as required by the management or customers
      • Follow up the overdue accounts
      • Resolve disputed invoices with clients via collaboration with internal teams
      • Assist in month-end and year-end closing & reporting
      • Assist in external audit
      • Recommend any process improvement opportunities for efficiency, control & compliance enhancement
      • Any ad hoc assignments as deemed necessary from direct manager

      Job Requirements:

      • Higher Diploma holder or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines
      • Min 1 year of accounting experience in a commercial firm
      • Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills and knowledgeable in SAP is preferable
      • Able to communicate in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
      • Mature, independent and able to work with minimum supervision
      • Take initiative to report the progress and proactively suggest ways of improvement
      • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

      Officer, Technical

      Manage and organise the technical publications and records to support the functioning of the CAMO team. Be responsible for ensuring technical publications and records including aircraft on-board documentations are handled in accordance with the requirements.

        Job Responsibilities:

        • Aircraft record keeping, filing and security in accordance with regulatory standard and requirement.
        • Aircraft maintenance invoices handling and record keeping.
        • Manage aircraft subscriptions e.g. INDS, MSP, Planeparts, ESP, Medaire, Jeppensen, Technical Publication.
        • Prepare aircraft utilisation reports.
        • Ensure Technical Publications, Manuals are up to date by maintaining Technical Publications Databases.
        • Keep track of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) website’s login currency.
        • Regular review of manufacture’s documents revision and assist submission of aircraft technical manuals to authorities.
        • Update aircraft log book entries and maintain computerized tracking systems.
        • Manage and distribution of flight crew publication and manual amendments.
        • Assist ad-hoc projects / tasks as instructed by the management.

        Job Requirements:

        • Higher Diploma or above in any aviation or relevant disciplines is preferable
        • 1 year experience in aviation industry is preferable
        • Computer literacy
        • Good command in both the written and spoken English is essential
        • The ability to prioritize the work provided by others in terms of importance is imperative to this position
