Procurement Officer

This position works closely with the HK MRO, and supports local and regional procurement operations. The role is responsible for creating value and mitigating risk within the strategies of the business through effective sourcing and efficient purchasing of direct and indirect goods and services. This role will procure goods and services that meet quality standards, develop cost-saving programs and long-term supplier relationships. This role requires highest standards of compliance and integrity in accordance with MRO and the Company’s policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Expedites, purchases, monitors suppliers, to obtain product or service information such as lead time, price, availability, and delivery schedule.
  • Purchases materials, equipment, supplies, and commodity products for delivery at specified time and location.
  • Obtains parts, materials, and equipment from suppliers at the lowest cost consistent with considerations of quality, reliability of source and urgency of need.

  • Bachelor degree in Procurement, Logistic, Supply Chain or relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years’ aviation maintenance procurement and supply chain management working experience in MRO or aviation related industry is preferred.
  • Must be able to work on shifts pattern, including public holidays, weekends according to operational needs.
  • Advanced knowledge in using MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel.

Administration Officer

Responsible for the effective administrative management of the Hong Kong Maintenance Repair Organization (“HKMRO”) and executive activities associated with the office of the General Manager (“GM”). This position reports directly to the GM, HKMRO and serves as principle point of administrative contact with internal and external constituencies. Aircraft Management Sales Manager

This role has the overall accountability for generating new aircraft management sales in Greater China and Asia Pacific region. Senior Finance Manager/ Finance Manager

The purpose of this role is to develop and implement financial policies and systems that will manage the finance functions including accounting, audit, tax and credit collections; and ensure quality and timely financial reporting in Hong Kong and subsidiaries in China and the Philippines, as required.

    Client Services Officer

    The role is to act as a contact interface between client and Integration Operation Centre (IOC) to take ownership of the trip and be responsible for ensuring the satisfactory delivery of services, smooth coordination and execution of all trip requests from client.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Ensure Work Orders are released to service in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures to maintain aircraft safety, effective record keeping and minimum downtime;

    Job Requirements:

    • Holder of CAAP and FAA A&P or EASA Maintenance License, and/or a Bachelor degree or above in Engineering is an advantage.
    • 5 to 10 years’ experience with Type Rating in King Air/ Bombardier/ Gulfstream/ Embraer/ Learjet aircraft.
    • Experience in the area of Quality, MRO or Technical Services.
    • Working knowledge of inspection procedures, methods, equipment and accepted industry standards.
    • Good command in both written and spoken English
    • Excellent organizational skills and attentive to details
    • Able to work independently and multi-tasking
