HONG KONG

Job Purpose

The role is to set up and complete line/AOG maintenance packages, supporting maintenance events and quotations in line with company standards and NAA of relevant governing authorities. This outline will cover both the managed fleet and 3rd party maintenance events. Continue to work with and support the operations & logistics department as required. Ensure the Daily Maintenance Status' are correct and up to date. To maintain constant communication with the local network(s) to ensure correct and accurate workload.

Key Accountabilities

    • Work with the Maintenance Support Supervisor, Aircraft Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisors and Senior Engineers to ensure the timely response to customer enquiries.
    • Responsible for providing estimates in line with customer maintenance service requests, including Line, Drop-in and AOG using the business operating system.
    • Develop work packs in line with 145 MRO regulations for Maintenance use.
    • Responsible for the coordination of scheduled maintenance activity, HKBAC support, including but not limited to special tooling, third party services, etc.
    • Develop and provide ad-hoc reports to enable managers to take appropriate actions.
    • Record the completed tasks cards on to Corridor system.
    • Assist in ad-hoc projects/tasks as instructed by the management.
    • Review the completeness of the work pack and ensure all task/work cards accounted.
    • Scan, complete and deliver work packages to customers timely (internal and external)

     Job Specifications

      • High school diploma or relevant
      • Minimum 5 years experience in the Aviation industry, preferable in Business aviation, is required.
      • Liaison experience with the HKCAD, FAA, EASA and other aviation industry agents is needed.
      • Background exposure with both domestic and international vendors.
      • Understanding international travel, international customs and international practices are required.

Job Purpose

The role is responsible for the support of aircraft maintenance actives in compliance with company standards.

Key Accountabilities

    • Assist with inspect, test, troubleshoot and service the aircraft avionics, electrical and electronic equipment during daily operation (for Avionics Technician)

THE PHILIPPINES

Job Purpose:

This position works closely with the MEC and supports local and regional procurement operations. The role is responsible for creating value and mitigating risk within the strategies of the business through effective sourcing and efficient inventory planning and purchasing of direct and indirect goods and services. This role will plan and procure goods and services that meet quality standards and develop cost-saving programs and long-term supplier relationships. This role requires the highest standards of compliance and integrity in accordance with MRO and the Company's policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Proactively communicate with end users and all stakeholders. He/she should understand the concept of Material Planning or MRP
  • Maintain Min-Max Inventory level based on usage, inspection, LT, SL, and price.
  • Monitor Core Return Management
  • Coordinate with Production Planning for pre-loading activities.
  • Purchase materials, equipment, supplies, and commodity products for delivery at a specified time and location.
  • Expedite, purchase, and monitor suppliers, to obtain product or service information such as lead time, price, availability, and delivery schedule at the right source.
  • Obtain parts, materials, and equipment from suppliers at the lowest cost consistent with considerations of quality, reliability of the source, and urgency of need.
  • Analyses quotations received, selects, or recommends suppliers, and schedules deliveries. Prepare quotation analysis using a Cost Comparison Sheet.

Perform and oversee maintenance and engineering activities on aircraft and/or components, within the company's regulatory approved capability and individual authorization.
