Commercial Analyst

Job Description:

  • Provide general sales technical support by preparing, reviewing, presenting and managing, including but not limited to, client commercial data, client proposals, presentations & reports, and technical & financial analyses such as aircraft operating budgets.

Financial Controller/ Senior Finance Manager

The purpose of this role is to develop and implement financial policies and systems that will manage the finance functions including accounting, audit, tax and credit collections; and ensure quality and timely financial reporting in Hong Kong and subsidiaries in China and the Philippines, as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Senior Engineer

The role is to ensure that all maintenance activities performed on aircraft and/or components, within company’s regulatory approved capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all scheduled maintenance is carried out on time by maintenance contractors according with the program, standards pre-defined and mandatory maintenance directives and requirements;
  • Update aircraft status on a daily basis with Maintenance Management and relevant Operations personnel to ensure that all scheduled maintenance is carried out efficiently with minimum down time;

  • Holder of HKCAD B1 & B2 maintenance license and/ or FAA A&P maintenance license

Director / Manager, Aircraft Management and Charter Sales, China

This role has the overall accountability for generating new aircraft management sales in China. This role is a client facing role and responsible for driving sales and business development efforts to sustain revenue growth and increase profitability by focusing on new aircraft management accounts, existing client retention and the expansion of auxiliary services. This role will be the initial focal point of contact between Metrojet and the clients and responsible for generating future business growth opportunities with the aim of developing and managing exceptional client relationships.

Job Description:

  • Actively drive sales and business development efforts to acquire aircraft management sales opportunities in China through to contractual closure.
  • Upon contract execution, work with client servicing and operations teams to provide new aircraft management accounts for induction services and experience in accordance with Metrojet standards.
  • Work closely with aircraft management and maintenance sales team, commercial manager, finance and marketing staff in generating and closing aircraft management agreements.
  • Work closely with clients and assist client serving staff and lead captains as required in issue resolution of the aircraft account.

    Quality Assurance Manager (Clark)

    The purpose of this role is to be the Quality Assurance Manager for the establishment and development of the Maintenance Organisation quality and SMS Part 145 compliance structure and systems for the Company.

    Job Descriptions:

    • Lead the development of airworthiness regulatory policies, technical quality system, safety management systems and procedures to ensure adherence to the required technical, engineering, and safety standards and further ensure that agreed policies and procedures are implemented;
    • Establish an independent quality system to monitor compliance within the requirements of CAAP, CAAC, FAA and other regulatory authorities;
    • Ensure Metrojet Engineering Clark (MEC) remain in compliance with the requirements of National Airworthiness Authorities (NAA) of the companies vested approvals and of the Company’s Technical Exposition and others where appropriate;
    • Ensure effective control and administration of Airworthiness Authority approvals of modifications, concessions, and technical aspects of the MEL and AFM, etc. and amendments to them;
    • The Quality Assurance Manager – MEC shall act as the principal focal point with the NAA’s and other vendors as required;
    • Ensure liaison with the Quality Assurance Manager in Hong Kong, and with Metrojet Hong Kong Corporate Safety with a view to introducing, implementing, developing and compliance adherence for all respective cross-functional procedures and processes;
    • Ensure the administration and control of procedures for the Delegation of Authority for the certification of maintenance with the terms of approval granted to MEC by the applicable NAA;
    • Maintain and renew Maintenance Repair Organisation approvals;
    • Ensure an effective application system of MTJ Technical staff for the issue, extension or renewal of Aircraft Maintenance Engineers licenses to the respective controlling NAA;

    • Support and advise the MTJ Technical Training of all legal requirements affecting Technical Training and monitor, approve technical staff attendance of course, examination papers and results.

    • Ensure all respective MOR’s, EOR’s, MEDA and TIR’s investigation reports are completed and closed as required;
    • Ensure third party vendor approvals are in compliance with the respective NAA;
    • Grant Company authorisations to certifying staff including store inspector and any third party temporary authorisations;

    • Responsible for credit control and debt collections on outstanding invoices.
    • Lead and responsible for financial audits of MEC.

    • Oversee all daily maintenance activities to ensure that all maintenance actions are performed in maintenance services centres approved by the Company, efficiently and in a timely manner with a minimum downtime;
    • Coordinate all unscheduled maintenance actions, providing recommendations to the maintenance personnel, in order to utilize allocated downtime in a safe and efficient manner;
    • Ensure that crew members are provided with all the required support concerning maintenance related issues, to guarantee the safety and reliability of the aircraft;
    • Ensure Work Orders are released to service in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures to maintain aircraft safety, effective record keeping and minimum downtime;

    Job Requirements

    • Holder of CAAP and FAA A&P or EASA Maintenance License, and/or a Bachelor degree or above in Engineering is an advantage.
    • 5 to 10 years’ experience with Type Rating in King Air/ Bombardier/ Gulfstream/ Embraer/ Learjet aircraft.
    • Experience in the area of Quality, MRO or Technical Services.
    • Working knowledge of inspection procedures, methods, equipment and accepted industry standards.
    • Good command in both written and spoken English
    • Excellent organizational skills and attentive to details
    • Able to work independently and multi-tasking
