    This role is to manage and monitor the performance of all company installed IT systems and infrastructure as well as installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of operating systems, application software, system management tools.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Assist in managing all infrastructure activities related to IT systems, focusing on all systems platform (such as Windows and Linux), Metrojet Private Cloud infrastructure to proactively ensure the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
      • Conduct performance and availability monitoring, capacity management, systems management and tuning, configuration and services level management, problem diagnosis and resolution, security management and patch application, change management for maintaining up-to-date system operations.
      • Development work experience in SharePoint online/on premise Development and Architecture.
      • Extensive Experience with the development, customization, integration and configuration of MS SharePoint.
      • Ensure proper implementation and control of production changes for fulfilling software and hardware requirements according to the company policies and standards including CCTV and Biometric devices
      • Maintain and update inventory of all system accounts in order to utilize the Company resources by regularly reviewing system logs.
      • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
      • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower human intervention time on any tasks.
      • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks in order to identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
      • Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
      • Evaluate IT infrastructure and provide recommendations to management team for enhancement.

      • Good experience in SharePoint development and should have developed at least 2-3 project in SharePoint Custom Development from scratch.

      • Experience in creating Crystal Reports and build reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power-Bi.
      • Network hardware architecting including experience in load balancing equipment, switches, routers, and network troubleshooting.

        Aircraft Management Business Development Manager

        Reporting to the Head of Commercial or designate, the incumbent has the overall accountability for generating new aircraft management sales in Greater China and Asia Pacific region. The position is a client facing role with the responsibility for driving sales, business development, sustainable growth, revenue and profitability, by focusing on new aircraft management accounts, existing client retention and the expansion of complementary services such as aircraft sales and charter. He or she will be the initial focal point of contact between Metrojet and the clients with the view to developing and managing exceptional client relationships.

          Job Responsibilities:

          • Actively drive sales and business development efforts to acquire aircraft management sales opportunities in Greater China and APAC through to contractual closure.
          • Devise sales strategy and provide market insights and analysis to Metrojet Management for any business opportunities.
          • Work closely with aircraft management, in identifying improvement areas in Metrojet’s service offering.
          • Upon contract execution, work with client relations and CAMO to provide new aircraft management accounts for induction services and experience in accordance with Metrojet standards.
          • Organise and participate in networking activities (trade shows, conferences, air shows etc.) to actively promote Metrojet for business development opportunities and keep abreast of the latest trends in the market.
          • Identify, manage and mitigate client-related operational and business risks, and offer our clients solutions in a timely and accurate manner regarding aircraft management issues.
          • Provide counsel on all aircraft management agreement terms and conditions and actively participate in the negotiation of the Aircraft Management Agreement (AMA). Monitor and evaluate service efficiency, performance and compliance with AMA, and adjust rendered services to improve client satisfaction.
          • Track and report on all sales leads and update progress on a regular basis.
          • Prepare and advise on annual sales budget and pricing review.

          Job Requirements:

          • Degree holder with at least 8 years’ relevant sales experience preferably gained from multi-cultural environments within Greater China and APAC business aviation industry

          • Strong experience in client account management at the aircraft owner, executive director or key influencer level
          • Demonstrate aptitude and attitude inherent to a highly effective sales leadership role with the ability to collaboratively and proactively define, build, maintain and leverage strategic client relationships resulting in a win-win relationship

            EHSS Engineer

            Our company needs a self-starter, highly motivated and seasoned Safety Engineer who will manage the setup and implementation of our Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS) goals, programs, business continuity plans and address compliance to all relevant regulations and directives. He/She will build effective partnership with teams to execute the site’s short-term and long-term Safety goals and cultivation of an overall business EHS system.

              Job Responsibilities:

              • Establish and oversee the overall management of the EHS programs of the company in compliance to all regulations.
              • Effective implementation and monitoring of EHS programs including MEC safety reporting and the new normal workforce and workplace management plan.
              • Conduct safety inquiry using HIRARC process in safety related incidents/accidents and in all work areas that could pose untoward threats to personnel, equipment, and facility.
              • Conduct safety audit of facilities and operational equipment, tools, and ground support equipment to ensure that all safety aspects are in place.
              • Coordination with relevant departments to ensure compliance on mandatory EHS regulation
              • Spearheads the Safety and Health Committee and deliver relevant company safety and DENR Environment seminar and programs.
              • Controls the EHS budget ensuring that adequate resources are available for critical and/or priority items.
              • Preparation and submission of reporting requirements for MEC management and relevant government agencies.
              • Evaluate surveillance, and spot inspection results and provides key safety performance indicators relevant to departments for trend monitoring.

              • Maintain a pool of Safety Officer 1 (SO1) as members of Emergency Response Team (ERT).

              Job Requirements:

              • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
              • Must be an OSH Certified Safety Officer Level 2 minimum and DOLE trainer
              • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, preferably within MRO or aviation industry, is required for this position.
              • With experience in managing both aviation and EHS requirements
              • With experience in teaching or conducting trainings or seminars
              • Able to lead and direct employees above his/her level
              • Preferably with knowledge on MRO and MRO services such as NDT, ground handling and ramp services.

              Facility Manager

              The Facility Manager organizes, controls and coordinates the strategic and operational management of buildings and facilities in order to ensure the proper and efficient operation of all its physical aspects, creating and sustaining safe and productive environments. This role is responsible for the maintenance of the buildings, facilities as well as the day-to-day operation of the site – including site safety, fire, security, janitorial work, ground equipment, grounds maintenance, car parking and environmental and waste management – in a manner that is compliant with all regulatory and statutory requirements.

              Job Responsibilities

              • Liaise with the GM and provide proposals for all existing and new facilities contracts, in order that consistency is achieved, and facilities operating budget and expenditure is managed
              • Develop and implement a facilities management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements, as well as conducting and documenting regular facilities inspection
              • Ensure regulatory and lease compliance and liaise with airport officials, safety, environmental, security and fire departments to ensure the facility and operations are in complied with statutory regulations
              • Manage operational equipment warranties and facility spare parts inventory and ensure safe and compliant Ground Service Equipment (GSE)
              • Perform preventive maintenance activities on a timely basis to reduce wear and tear or breakdown of systems
              • Design and execute systems, policy and procedures to ensure that all statutory compliance systems and occupational health and safety requirements are managed and fulfilled, including ESM, safety, fire suppression systems, security, ground maintenance documentation
              • Manage the site operations such as cleaning, security, car parking, contract maintenance and environmental and waste management, and ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively
              • Assist in the development and implementation of long-term maintenance plans and replacement of facilities across the site
              • Manage the annual Maintenance, Utilities and Contract Services budget and identify and prioritize any needs that require additional funds
              • Oversees and / or coordinates maintenance / repair work assignments, vendors and contractors and build vendor relationships and arrange regular meeting with service contractors
              • Develop and communicate facilities management “Best Practice” and continue to look for new initiatives and changes to develop the business, protect the asset and optimize costs
              • Develop, implement and review risk management and disaster recovery policies and procedures to ensure the continuing safety and protection of the facilities operations and its occupants
              • Liaise with the security team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day security, developing and implementing complaint policies, processes and coordinating risk assessment
              • Organize fire training, drill practice and first aid requirements for the facility, in order to ensure staff are fully conversant with procedures and that health and safety and environmental issues are managed correctly
              • Keep up to date with changes in relevant regulatory government, security, environmental. health and safety, fire and building regulations, ensuring implementation and monitoring of regulations
              • Ensures that the facility and its premises is kept secured
              • Engage in the professional development of facilities operational training for staff and or facilities team
              • Performs facilities inspections and prepares reports for operating and capital budgets
              • Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
              • Overseeing repairs, renovations or refurbishments and any ad-hoc duties as deem necessary by the direct manager
              • Job Requirements:

                • Degree in Engineering or Facility/ Property management or relevant discipline
                • At least 10 year of working experience and 5 years in building and facility management, preferred in Aviation related industry
                • Able to interpret facility building operational technical drawings and manuals
                • Liaison experience with the CAAP, FAA, EASA and/or other aviation industry or government agents
                • Good sense of safety under fast-paced working environment
                • Strategically and detailed minded, multi-tasking, excellent management and communication skills, strong business acumen with reasonable level of financial literacy and able to lead a small team
