Technical Documents Administrator

Manage and organise the technical publications and records to support the functioning of the CAMO team. Be responsible for ensuring technical publications and records including aircraft on-board documentations are handled in accordance with the requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure security of Metrojet Technical Libraries in Head Office
  • Ensure Technical Publications, Manuals are up to date by maintaining Technical Publications Databases
  • Regular review of Technical publication revision on OEM’s website and keep track of login currency
  • Regular review of MMEL revision and assist submission custom made MEL to authorities
  • Regular review of MPD revision and assist submission of AMS to authorities
  • Aircraft record keeping and filing in accordance with regulatory standard and requirement
  • Prepare aircraft utilisation reports
  • Update aircraft log book entries and maintain computerized tracking systems
  • Invoices record keeping
  • Manage aircraft subscriptions e.g. INDS, MSP, Planeparts, ESP, Medair, Jeppensen, Technical Publication
  • Manage and distribution of flight crew publication and manual amendments
  • Assist ad-hoc projects / tasks as instructed by the management

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in any aviation or relevant disciplines is preferable
  • 1 year experience in aviation industry is preferable

  • Computer literacy

Human Resources Manager

This role is to assist the Head of HR to develop, review and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances and HR related functions. Oversight of the day to day general operations of the HR department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to provide professional HR advisory service to different business units
  • Assist Head of HR to identify, develop and implement HR strategies that support the business objectives
  • Develop, review and streamline HR policies, processes and practices to ensure effectiveness of the business
  • Review compensation and benefit practices and implement relevant changes aligned with business objectives
  • Assist Head of HR in implementing annual key HR projects, including but not limited to budget forecast, annual appraisal exercise, salary review, employee insurance renewal
  • Work with Head of HR to support the development of an effective employment communication programme to drive the company culture and objectives
  • Compile periodical HR reports
  • Keep abreast of all employment related ordinances on a regional basis

Lead Engineer, Safety & Quality

Responsible to the Manager Quality Assurance and Safety (MQA) to assist with the compliance monitoring of all the NAAs regulatory requirements applicable to Metrojet through internal and external audits in accordance with the company’s audit plan.
The Lead Engineer will also assist the MQA to coordination with all staff to ensure compliance with the relevant airworthiness requirements and ensure all records and procedures as laid down in the Maintenance Management Exposition and other Technical documents are complied with.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out, in accordance with the set programs, auditing of Metrojet Limited (MTJ) Technical Activities or agents operated aircraft, facilities, related functions and procedures to ensure compliance with the MTJ procedures, support agreement and airworthiness authority’s standards and requirements for its aircraft types
  • Reporting on all significant airworthiness and certification matters to the MQA in the manner prescribed in the Metrojet Maintenance Procedures (MMP)
  • Analyse the findings and results from audits, draw conclusions, make recommendations and monitor remedial actions for any reported deviation or discrepancy
  • Raise accurate and concise technical reports at the conclusion of any investigation, or audit
  • Support the running of the company staff Authorisation system, including assessment of staff
  • To bring to the attention of the MQA any trends or events that may affect the smooth running of the section or compromise the company’s compliance with the responsible National Airworthiness Authority’s (NAA) rules and regulations
  • Carry out investigations into significant defects and/or incidents/accidents related to quality and standards of all MTJ aircrafts, and those of its customers
  • Maintain proper co-operation and liaison with other groups within the Quality Assurance and CAMO Sections to ensure that all aspects of the CAMO Department are operating as intended
  • Assist with the drafting, review and control of MTJ technical documents, such as MMPs, MME, RSM and TPM
  • Supervision, training (O.J.T) and guidance of all staff that may be placed under his/her control

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in aircraft engineering and quality assurance
  • Holder of valid HKCAD License or equivalent in base maintenance level environment, desirable
  • Completed Lead Auditor training and possess some investigation technics (such as MEDA)
  • Knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel with computer usage is a MUST
  • Be capable of making sound technical/regulatory judgments and fully comprehend aviation audit procedures and techniques
  • Able to work multi-task and communicate in both written and spoken English and Chinese

GULFSTREAM G650 RATED FIRST OFFICER – HONG KONG BASED

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2,500 hours total time
  • Current Gulfstream G650 type rating
  • Holder of a valid FAA ATP license
