  • Minimum 7 years of commercial flight attendant experience; supervisory levels or experiences in premium/ higher class services is a definite advantage

  • Accounting Officer

    Manage and oversee Finance operation activities in Accounts Receivable. Own the collection process. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for process collaboration. Collaborate with other finance team members to drive process improvement and technological enhancements. Assist the Accountant GL in building up state-of-the- art report structure and quality.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Handle full set of accounting and billing matters of the designated aircraft
      • Be the de facto team leader and champion the AMC billing function and coach other colleagues in this function
      • Lead the production of timely and comprehensive accounting and management reports of the managed aircraft for management review
      • Lead the accounting reports, aircraft budgets, statistical and other reports as required by the management or customers for managed aircraft
      • Own the collection for AMC and follow up the overdue accounts
      • See to the resolution of disputes with clients via collaboration with internal teams
      • Assist the Accountant GL in developing report structure, improving report accuracy and promptness
      • Assist in month-end and year-end closing & reporting
      • Assist in system enhancement and process improvement of SAP
      • Assist in external audit
      • Recommend to the Manager Finance for any process improvement opportunities for efficiency, control & compliance enhancement
      • Any ad hoc assignments as deemed necessary from direct manager

      Job Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
      • Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience in a commercial firm
      • Aviation industry knowledge is a plus
      • Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills
      • Hands-on experience with accounting software like SAP Business One
      • Able to communicate in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
      • Mature, independent and able to work with minimum supervision
      • Take initiative to report the progress and proactively suggest ways of improvement
      • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
      • Proactive with ability to review and streamline existing processes and procedures
      • Well organized and detail-oriented

      Gulfstream 450/550 Boeing BBJ Dual Rated Captain – VIETNAM BASED

      Minimum Requirements

      • Current Gulfstream 450/550 and BBJ type ratings
      • Holder of a valid FAA ATP license
      • Intensive flying experience in China and Asia is preferred
      • Fluent in both written and spoken English
